About this engagement
Yes. We scope the install in the diagnostic and quote a fixed fee against that scope. You are not exposed to an hourly meter.
Material scope changes are handled as a documented change order. Within the agreed scope, the fixed price holds — that is the point.
In your cloud accounts — Vercel, Supabase, AWS, your choice. We never host your system on an IVANKODEV-owned tenant. Your data lives in your environment.
Full transfer: repository, schema, data, runbook, and training. You can self-operate or move to an Operator Retainer to keep shipping.
