You talk to the person who builds it.
IVANKODEV is principal-led by design. The whole differentiator is that the buyer texts the architect — not a customer success manager, not a sales engineer, not an offshore team three time zones away.

Ivan Kobzev
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT & ENGINEER
[PLACEHOLDER BIO — Ivan to provide final]
Ivan is a full-stack engineer based in the Washington–Baltimore corridor who builds production software for organizations that have to actually run. He has spent his career on the unglamorous end of engineering — schemas, integrations, the connective tissue that makes a stack behave like one system instead of nine — and he writes the code on every IVANKODEV engagement himself.
The studio grew out of a conviction formed building JOSH OS for Capital Upfitters: most organizations do not need another SaaS subscription or a transformation deck. They need a real operating system, modeled in their own vocabulary, shipped to production, and owned outright. That principle holds whether the customer is a one-person studio, a mid-market operator, or a public enterprise — only the architecture changes. His stack runs TypeScript, React, Vite, Base44, Tina CMS, Vercel, Postgres, and OIDC/JWT — chosen for systems that have to keep running long after handover.

Operating principles
Five commitments that govern how the work gets done — and the kind of work we refuse.
We install, we do not present
The deliverable is running software, owned by you. Slides are a means, never the product.
One throat to choke
One principal architect on every line. No handoff, no offshore, no diffusion of responsibility.
Your data is yours
Every system runs in your environment. We never train on your traffic and never hold your data hostage.
Ship monthly or do not call it operating
Cadence without a shipped feature is theater. Something real reaches production every month.
Say no on purpose
We decline marketing sites, endless discovery, and demos that never ship. Refusing the wrong work protects the right work.
